Repeated disruptive behavior, refund escalation misuse, community misconduct, harassment, abusive communication, misuse of the platform, or behavior negatively affecting the learning environment may result in moderation actions, removal from community features, or membership restrictions without refund.

Community Access, LIVE Session Participation & Moderation Policy:

The Diamond / Quantum Club program includes multiple components such as recorded educational content, live training sessions, mentorship activities, and private community participation.

Access to private WhatsApp groups, LIVE interactive sessions, mentorship calls, or community activities is considered a privilege-based collaborative feature of the program and is subject to community guidelines, platform moderation policies, and participant conduct.

The program reserves the right to restrict, revoke, suspend, or moderate access to community groups, LIVE sessions, or interactive features in cases involving:

• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Repeated refund escalation requests
• Community disruption or misconduct

• Behavior negatively impacting the learning environment or other members

In such cases, participants may continue receiving access to recorded educational course materials and previously published training resources for the remaining eligible subscription period unless full membership termination applies.

Restriction or removal from LIVE sessions, mentorship interactions, private groups, or community activities shall not constitute grounds for refund if educational course access continues to remain available.

Merchant Policy Acknowledgement:

Payment gateways, LMS providers, platform partners, aggregators, or third-party technology providers used for payment processing or course delivery act solely as service facilitators and do not independently determine the program’s internal policies, learning structure, refund rules, community guidelines, or membership terms.
