However, to ensure fairness, a limited refund request may be considered only under the following condition:

• The participant has not accessed any course content, downloaded resources, or joined the community

If any access, login activity, or resource usage is detected, the purchase will be treated as fully consumed and non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of time or inability to complete the course
• Dissatisfaction due to expectations not aligned with personal goals
• Partial usage of the program or community participation

Non-Refundable Policy:

Support within the community may be provided by mentors, support team members, moderators, or fellow participants. Direct responses from the primary trainer are not guaranteed for every query.

Participants are required to maintain respectful communication at all times. Any disruptive behavior, misuse of the platform, or violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the program or community without refund.

Intellectual Property and Usage:

All course materials, videos, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of the program and are provided for personal learning use only. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Enrollment Confirmation:

By completing the purchase, participants confirm that:

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any dispute, participants agree to first seek resolution through mutual discussion, mediation, or arbitration.

Any legal proceedings, if required, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
